Arsenal remain interested in signing Rodrygo from Real Madrid ahead of the summer window, according to reports from TeamTalk.
The North London club have tracked the Brazilian for some time. Fresh updates suggest that their interest has not faded.
Rodrygo could face an uncertain future at the Santiago Bernabeu once the season ends. That situation has alerted several clubs across Europe, including Arsenal.
The 25-year-old attacker remains under contract in Spain, yet talk of a possible exit continues to grow. Arsenal are reportedly determined to lure him to North London.
Chelsea lead race for Brazilian winger
However, Arsenal face a battle to sign the South American. The report indicates that Chelsea are currently leading the chase for his signature.
The West London club have already made contact with his representatives. It is understood that Chelsea have asked about his wage demands and openness to a move. The response is said to have been positive.
Chelsea are also aiming to refresh their attacking options before next season. Rodrygo is viewed as a player who could raise their level in the final third.
In addition, Al Hilal from the Saudi Pro League are keeping an eye on developments as well as Spurs. The growing list of suitors could drive competition higher.
Arsenal weigh up attacking options
Arsenal see Rodrygo as a strong fit for their system under Mikel Arteta. His ability to play across the front line adds clear value.
He is comfortable on either wing and can also operate through the middle when required. That flexibility appeals to clubs seeking depth and balance.
So far this season, Rodrygo has recorded three goals and six assists in all competitions for Real Madrid. Those numbers show steady contribution in attack.
According to Transfermarkt, he is valued at around £52 million. Any deal would likely require a sizeable financial outlay.
Arsenal continue to assess the market as they plan their next steps. Whether they move ahead may depend on competition and financial demands.
For now, the Gunners remain firmly in the picture as the summer window approaches.
