Tottenham are believed to be planning to overhaul their squad over the next three transfer windows.
Their firesale is set to begin this summer with the club open to selling all but nine players to fund their transformation.

Among those who could be free to leave the club at the end of the season is vice-captain Cristian Romero.
According to The Telegraph, Spurs believe parting ways with the World Cup winner could be in the best interests of all parties.
The Argentine defender signed a new four-year deal in August and was handed the armband following doubts over his future.
Less than a year later, though, and he could be allowed to leave after a tumultuous campaign in north London.
Romero has missed six Premier League matches through suspension already this season after two red cards and eight yellows.
As a result, he has been limited to just 21 league appearances for the club this term.
Spurs plan squad overhaul
Meanwhile, the report adds that Spurs will look to sign players with experience and leadership qualities aged in their mid-20s and above.
This shift in transfer policy was shown by their failed January move for Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson, who turns 31 on Wednesday.
In addition to Romero, both Guglielmo Vicario and Pedro Porro are set to be made available for transfer regardless of Spurs’ Premier League status.
The club currently sit just a point above the relegation zone amid an 11-match winless run in the league.

Both players have two years left on their deals but have faced criticism from supporters this season.
Vicario has been booed after several high-profile goalkeeping mistakes.
The Italian was also tipped for a move to Inter Milan by compatriot Walter Zenga last month.
As for Porro, he also came under fire in December for his social media post apologising to fans after the club’s defeat to Nottingham Forest.
Who do Spurs want to keep?
Despite their plans for a summer firesale, Spurs are keen to keep nine current members of their squad at the club.
However, those include some who have been pushing for a move or attracting interest in recent weeks.

Spurs are aiming to keep hold of Micky van de Ven, Dominic Solanke, Conor Gallagher, Mohammed Kudus, Xavi Simons, Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski.
Van de Ven’s attitude has been criticised at times this season, with the defender valued at £100million by Tottenham.
Liverpool were credited with an interest in the Dutch defender as recently as January.
Meanwhile, Solanke is also wanted by a Premier League rival after Newcastle United identified him as a potential target.
The striker is seen as an option to replace Nick Woltemade in the Magpies’ attack.
Elsewhere, Gallagher, Kudus and Simons have all arrived on long-term deals this season.

The latter was slammed for his ill-discipline after he was sent off against Liverpool in December, though.
Youngsters Gray and Bergvall are also tied down to lengthy contracts, although the latter was the subject of approaches from Chelsea and Aston Villa in January.
As for injury absentees Maddison and Kulusevski, the pair are yet to make a single appearance this season.
Maddison was ruled out for the entire campaign after suffering a torn ACL in August.
Meanwhile, Kulusevski has yet to return to action since undergoing knee surgery in May.
Spurs are yet to win under new boss Igor Tudor, who has lost all three of his matches in charge since replacing Thomas Frank.

Meanwhile, their perilous Premier League position leaves the club at risk of suffering relegation and ending their 48-year stay in the top-flight.
They face Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie on Tuesday night.
